The efficient centre core design of Uptown Centre allows flexibility in tenant sizes from 500 s.f. to 10,000 s.f. per floor. This makes the building ideal for small to medium size businesses.

First Class Interior Finishes

Unlike any other building in New Westminster, the main lobby, elevator interiors, and elevator lobbies on each floor of Uptown Centre are finished with high quality materials including imported slate, marble, brushed stainless steel, inset carpets, drywall ceilings and recessed lighting. Our common washrooms on each floor are also first class, spacious and bright. All walls are fully tiled from floor to ceiling. Fixtures are high quality with motion controlled faucets and urinals.

Parking

Uptown Centre features 19 customer parking stalls on the surface parking deck at the rear of the building. These stalls are for customers of the building only and have a maximum one-hour limit. Our on site security guards regularly check the lot and issue warning notices to violators. The building also features a secured underground parking level containing 60 parking stalls for tenant parking. Access to the underground parking is via the secured gate at the north end of the customer parking area. We are able to provide tenant parking up to a maximum of 2 stalls per 1,000 square feet of floor area.

Bike Room & Shower Facility

If you bike to work, you can take advantage of the bike room and shower/locker facility in the basement level of Uptown Centre. The bike room is secured with the building's state of the art access control system and the shower/locker room contains two self contained shower rooms with sinks and lockers for daily storage of towels and extra clothes etc.

Rooftop Patio

Enjoy our third floor outdoor patio for lunch and coffee breaks, or schedule a company barbecue for your staff. The patio is partially covered with a glass canopy for year round use.
