Recycling
Tenants are generally responsible for their own recycling pick-up. As a courtesy, we provide the small blue desk side recycling containers and there is a large cardboard / paper recycling container in the loading bay at the rear of the building for recycling materials. Tenants are encouraged to make arrangements with their own cleaning staff to remove recycling materials on an as needed basis. If you have large amounts of cardboard from a delivery or other recyclable material and would like our staff to remove it from your premises during the day, please contact Tara Pranauskis at 604-525-8866 or email: tara@westminstercentre.com
Several recycling programs are available to help reduce the amount of garbage generated in the building. Please recycle all types of PAPER, CARDBOARD, and GLASS, METALS AND PLASTICS.
Please follow the following directions:
Paper
Blue desk side paper recycling baskets are provided to each office or workstation. With few exceptions, virtually all paper products are recyclable. The following is a complete list of the types of paper which are, and what are not accepted for recycling in this program:

It is the responsibility of each person to empty their personal desk side paper recycling basket in the central collection bins (usually near a photocopier). The cleaners will only empty the central collection bins.
Cardboard
Please separate all cardboard and do not mix it with the paper recycling. Please flatten cardboard boxes and trays, and leave all cardboard boxes near the central paper recyling collection bins. The cleaners will remove all cardboard on a daily basis.
Glass, Metals and Plastics
Please place all glass or plastic bottles and pop cans in the separate recycling containers provided. Please remove lids from bottles, and rinse, but leave the labels on. Acceptable and unacceptable materials are:

Waste Removal
There is a large waste container in the loading bay at the rear of the property for garbage and waste disposal. Tenants should make their own arrangements with their cleaning staff for the regular removal of waste from the premises.
